What does full-service mean?
Designing and creating refined event experiences is an intricate process that involves a huge commitment to detail, creativity, and a deep understanding of the event's purpose and the target audience. It's an art that goes beyond simply organizing an event – it's about crafting a unique and memorable experience that leaves a lasting impact on the attendees.
At Edge Design Group, we define full service in the sense that our team will provide every element of floral anddécor as well as the overarching design concept for your event. We love being able to turn your vision into reality. We’ll also work closely with your event planner to bring the vision to life.
We design and arrange all floral in-house and have an amazing production and carpentry team that will custom fabricate any design element. Our 10,000 square foot warehouse includes a vast selection of inventory: hundreds of various vessels for floral and candlelight, iron work, non-floral centerpieces, bars, stage decor, lighting, backdrops, and tabletop pieces. You may even see a custom rocket DJ stage…
Additionally, we work with industry partners for rentals including tables, chairs, linens, and furniture to truly customize your event.
We also offer room layout and 3D design renderings to help visualize your wedding.
What packages do you offer?
Since we are a full-service custom floral and event design studio,we do not have standard packages. We build each proposal on a unique set of circumstances and style of the event.
How much are your weddings?
Each wedding and budget are unique.There are so many details that interlacewith each other to create your wedding. A variety of factors like your style, design, guest count, and venue will affect the cost of the event. The weddings you see featured on our website range from $600-$1500 per person. It is always helpful to have discussed an overall wedding budget and, more specifically, a floral and décor budget with your family and your wedding planner.
With a budget in mind, our designers are able to offer you the best options for creating a beautifully tailored environment. Depending on the floral and décor budget, we are able to make suggestions for one or two dynamic statement pieces or create a truly customized event that reflects luxury.
How many meetings will we have? How often will we communicate?
We offer a complimentary initial in-person or phone consultation to detail your event. Examples of questions that we’d discuss can include (but are certainly not limited to):
How many guests do you have?
What is the overall feeling or emotion that you’d like your guests to experience?
What are some design elements that inspire you?
It’s always a good idea to have a Pinterest board or some inspirational photos with you when we meet.
Once our consultation is complete, we will design a proposal for you and your planner to review! We will make a limited number of revisions before going to contract. Once a contract is in place, we typically meet 1-3 more times. Communication will increase about 1-2 months out from the event date as we schedule walk-throughs, prototypes, and finalize details. However, each client is unique, so emails and phone calls are welcome to address any questions or modifications throughout the process.
